
We are pleased to announce that the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA) is now a proud co-author and key partner of Kyiv Academic University in a groundbreaking project funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. This initiative aims to create a dynamic network of startup schools, incubators and accelerators at Ukrainian universities and scientific institutions that will provide critical support to emerging startups in science and technology.
With the development of the Academ.City project, this new collaboration will strengthen Ukraine’s innovation infrastructure and encourage scientists and entrepreneurs to translate cutting-edge research into impactful, real-world applications. A particular focus will be on supporting deep-tech start-ups, which offer Ukrainian scientists unique opportunities to make progress in this important field.
Timeline for the project
- Start date: November 1, 2024
- Preparatory stage: Until January 2025
- Startup school activities: From February 2025 to March 31, 2026
Through its involvement in the SMART4FUTURE project, NaUKMA has the necessary resources and expertise to support this ambitious initiative. We look forward to the change and growth that this project will bring to the Ukrainian innovation ecosystem.
