Ukrainian innovation takes centre stage: OUTEX, the winning startup of the Mohyla Open BE FIRST 2023 hackathon, secures a prestigious spot in the Ukrainian delegation at Viva Technology 2024 (2024 Edition | Viva Technology)! This international tech conference will take place in Paris from May 22-25, 2024. This success is not only a significant victory for OUTEX, but also for the joint efforts of the organizers of Mohyla Open BE FIRST and the SMART4FUTURE project to promote Ukrainian innovation and entrepreneurship.
The hackathon “BE FIRST: Future of Innovation, Resilience, Security, Technology”, jointly organized by the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and Kyiv Academic University, provided a launch pad for breakthrough ideas such as OUTEX. At this exciting event, OUTEX impressed the jury with its groundbreaking app concept. Their innovative, AI-powered application for sports and rehabilitation dynamically adapts training routines, making it a valuable tool for athletes and rehabilitation programs. This extraordinary idea secured them the coveted first place.
Based on the motto “Ideas without limits: Generate, Act, Be!”, OUTEX went far beyond the presentation of their project. They actively networked with potential investors, made valuable contacts and exchanged ideas with other participants. This enriching experience further fueled OUTEX’s passion for future collaborations and growth.
Now OUTEX will join 14 other Ukrainian start-ups to represent the vibrant Ukrainian tech scene at Viva Technology 2024.
